Chicken Tetrazzini

Ingredients:
1 1/2 C cooked, cubed chicken
6 oz cooked spaghetti
2 C monterrey jack cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
3/4 soup can of milk
1/2 C onion
1/3 C chopped bell pepper
salt and pepper to taste

Topping:
1/4 C grated parmesan cheese
1/4 C bread crumbs
2 T melted butter

Mix casserole ingredients together in a 9x13 casserole dish and add the topping. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 mins.
